Here you can find the available period of time for each apartment. You make an enquiry for the period you are interested in and which you checked is available, and we shall let you know as soon as possible if we can meet your demand and what the total amount for the booked period is, according to the price list that is displayed on this web page under the column “Prices”.
If you decide to book a period, you should pay a deposit for the rental value of 500 € to 100-150 € in advance, the value of the lease 500-1000 € to 200-300 € advance and above 1000 € to 400-500 € advance on our account at our bank account. The rest you should pay upon your arrival, after you have accommodated yourself in the apartment.

The prices listed include accommodation per day for each apartment, without the sojourn taxes or any other additional payments.
For each apartment there is a maximum of persons that can be in the apartment. The price of an apartment is the same even if there is less people than the allowed maximum.
The final cleaning surcharge per apartments A-1 and A-2 amounts to € 30 ; A-3, A-4 and A-5 amounts to € 30 and for apartments A-6 amounts to € 10 .

Each of our apartments is air-conditioned and is equipped with a TV set with satellite programmes. We especially took care when choosing the satellite programmes so that our guests coming from all over Europe would have the opportunity to watch their national programmes (Sat, RAI Uno, Duna, Euro Sport, etc.).
Besides the comfort each apartment provides you with, there are also common utilities and the garden which all of our apartment guests are welcomed to use. There is an open fireplace where guests can prepare their own barbecues.
You can see the layout of each apartment, and they are described in the following passages. In the kitchen, besides the cooker, there are also an oven and a coffee machine, while bigger apartments such as Bungalo (A1), Confort (A2) and Sweet (A3) additionally have a microwave oven and a dishwasher. In all the apartments there is a shower, the towels are provided and the bed sheets are changed every 7 days.
A1 - Apartment Bungalo - Ground floor - 45 m2 (2x2+1+1)
It consists of two bedrooms (2 x 2+1+1), a kitchen with a dinning room, a bathroom with a shower and a WC. This apartment is in a detached part next to the Villa (sparated weekend haus with own garage), it is on the ground floor and it has a 30m2 terrace and a flower garden of around 30m2 that can be used only by the guests occupying this apartment. On the terrace with a natural shade you can enjoy by relaxing on the garden furniture set and deck chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so that besides the regular kitchen appliances (cooker with oven, sink, fridge with a big deep-freezer and dishes) it also has a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a dishwasher).
This apartment has its own entrance from the street and the guests occupying this apartment have no contact with any other apartments or guests. It is suitable for guests who wish to be on the ground level, detached from the other apartments, and to enjoy a big terrace and a flower garden overlooking the sea and own garage.
A2 - Apartment Comfort - 1st floor - 55 m2 (2x2+2)
It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dinning room, a bathroom with a shower and a WC. From the dinning room you exit to a 10m2 terrace, while the two bedrooms exit to a 9m2 balcony with a view of the sea. If there is a need for two extra beds, you can find them in a pullout sofa placed in the dinning room and used as sitting furniture set.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the regular kitchen appliances (sink, cooker with oven and dishes, fridge with a small deep-freezer) and a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
A3 - Apartment Sweet - 1st floor - 35 m2 - (2x2+1)
It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dinning room, a bathroom with a shower and a WC and an 8m2 terrace overlooking the sea. The rooms are divided and in between there is a kitchen with a dinning room from which you enter the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the regular kitchen appliances (sink, cooker with oven, dishes, fridge with a small deep-freezer) and it additionally has a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
A4 - Apartment Family - 2nd floor - 25 m2 (2+2)
It consists of two separate bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a WC, and a 12m2 terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen is equipped with sink, cooker with oven, dishes, and fridge with a small deep-freezer. There isn’t a microwave oven or a dishwasher in this apartment.
A5 - Apartment Panoramic - 2nd floor - 45 m2 (2x2+1)
It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dinning room, a bathroom with a shower and a WC, and a 7m2 balcony with a panoramic view of the sea. In the kitchen there is a sink, a cooker with oven, a fridge with a small deep-freezer and a coffee machine. In one bigger room with a king-size bed there is an extra bed for one or two persons (look at the layout).
A6 - Apartment Valentino - 2nd floor - 18 m2 (2+0)
It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a WC, a small kitchen and a 6m2 balcony. The kitchen is a mini-kitchen with a sink, two surfaces for cooking but no oven, and a smaller fridge. The apartment doesn’t have a direct view of the sea, but it can be seen from one side of the balcony.

Apartments Nena is situated in a small tourist town called Seget Vranjica, which is placed on the peninsula 4 km away from Trogir.
In Apartments Nena there are 6 apartments only 80 m away from the sea, about 50 m of air distance. Each apartment has a balcony or a terrace overlooking the sea. Each of them is equipped to provide comfort you have in your own homes, and on top of that it offers the wealth and all the beauty of the Mediterranean and our exquisite Dalmatian coast. Beautiful clear see water, sandy and rocky beaches, the pleasure of enjoying warm and pleasant Dalmatian sun shall remain as a sweet memory.
Besides the natural beauty of our Dalmatia, clear blue and clean sea, small islands appearing on the horizon and the smell of the pines, here you will meet kind hosts and warm home-like atmosphere. A variety of the fish from the Adriatic and tasty home-grow food shall enrich your pleasant stay in our country. In case you plan to spend your vacation between the middle of June and the end of August, you will enjoy plenty of sun and nice weather in Dalmatia. There is practically no rain in Dalmatia during the summer period.
In two stores, situated approximately 20 m away from the apartments, you can buy all the food, including fruit and vegetables. In Trogir, 4 km away, you can find banks, a post office, a police station, a health facility and a gas station. In Seget Vranjica, very close to the apartments, there are a few restaurants where the fish specialties are as tasty, natural and fresh as nowhere else, as well as restaurants offering continental specialties, but also the genuine well-known fresh and delicious grilled lamb from the island of Pag.

Seget Vranjica is a tourist place in the Central Dalmatia situated 5 km north of Trogir, in direction of Šibenik. It is located on the attractive Trogir Riviera, which is characterized by wealthy Mediterranean vegetation, bays with rocky and sandy beaches, islands and small islands ideal for one-day trips by boat or sailboat.
The town of Trogir is situated on the coast of Kaštelski Bay, on a small island between the land on the north and peninsula Čiovo on the south, linked by a stone-made bridge to the land. This town of the old Dalmatian culture dates back from prehistoric times. It is called “the Little Dubrovnik” because its appearance, walls and buildings remind of that city. Its wealth of cultural and historical monuments, masterpieces, narrow streets and arts collections delight every visitor.
